In the perspective of Buddhist, Zen Meditation is for spiritual enlightenment, which means directly experience the IMPERMANENCE of all existence in the world, every thing is under Karma. It is a profound intelligence and demands deep insight and understanding of the Karma. Buddhist must fully understand the principles of Buddhism, as enlightenment cannot be achieved solely through meditation. In the future, we will elaborate on the concept of "the impermanence of all existence, every thing is under Karma."
For other individuals, like us, Zen Meditation involves the meticulous observation of all existing phenomena, including both the phenomena themselves and our perceptions of them, which encompass our emotions. Therefore, for us, Zen Meditation can at least help us address impulsive emotions, negative emotions, and character inertia caused by long-term negative habits.
Thus, Zen Meditation is a conscious effort to dispel negative and painful mists, ultimately allowing us to perceive positive and bright emotions. Its purpose is to grant us serenity and joy.
